CSX also serves thousands of production and distribution facilities through connections to more than 240 short line and regional railroads.
CSX Intermodal Terminals
CSX Intermodal Terminals provides and arranges for the intermodal terminal services and trucking services for CSX Transportation’s intermodal business. Containers and trailers are loaded and unloaded from trains, and trucks provide the link between intermodal terminals and the customer. CSX Intermodal Terminals operates more than 50 terminals across the eastern United States.
